| Purchases: | A.B. Stephens Music accepts cash, check, atm/debit card, visa, mastercard and discover. All purchases mad in and from Alabama will be subject to sales tax. |

| Returns: | You may return your purchase for store credit within
seven (7) days if you have your receipt, original packaging and the merchandise is in mint condition. Please call and make arrangements with a salesperson before you do this. WE DO NOT GIVE CASH REFUNDS |

| Layaways: | A.B. Stephens layaway program is simple: 20% down
and the balance in 3 months. Layaway's are non-transferable. If you default there will be no refund. If you back out there will be a 20% re-stocking fee. |

| Special Orders: | A.B. Stephens Music will gladly special order anything for you with a 50% deposit. This is non-transferable and non-refundable. WE DO NOT CHARGE EXTRA FOR THIS SERVICE | |
